The fact that you are the AFRALO Chair does not mean you micromanage us. I am attending the GA as the Head of a registered ALS with ICANN. IF I write the staff I write on behalf of myself and the ALS not on behalf of AFRALO. May I request that you cease henceforth to respond to me on behalf of the Icann secretariat. Hello Pastor Peters, Sorry if that got to you wrongly, I am trying to reduce any tension that may be brewing as my role would demand. The message I sent was not just for you but for everyone who is yet to get his/her due stipends (including myself). Once again let's all be calm, the funds will hit our accounts in due time and thanks to those who have confirmed receipt.
