I believe that is still somewhat inline with my point that there isn't a term limit as per ALAC ROP. 

Thanks for indicating that some RALO have term limits which addresses my doubt on that part.

To clarify the facts, the ALAC Rules of Procedure has no term limits for ALAC Members. Some RALOs limit the number of consecutive terms (I think to either 1 term or 2 terms) and some have no limits.
