Herewith are the ALAC's Internal Rules of Procedure, which Vittorio Bertola, former ALAC Member for Europe, Former ALAC Chair, and present At-Large Board Liaison, took the lead in drafting and editing.

Since there are provisions dealing with election of At-Large liaisons, nomination periods for the liaisons and also for the ALAC's officers, these may be of interest to the wider community.
