Dear Hadia,

I acknowledge receipt of your email regarding the selection of the ICANN83 readout presenters and the notification of the ICANN83 readout scheduled to take place during the AFRALO monthly call on Wednesday.

As much as this privilege came as a pleasant surprise to me (you know I am still one of the “last borns,” if not the very last, in AFRALO – smiles), I would love to accept it wholeheartedly. It is my principle not to say NO to responsibilities, especially when I am confident of success, even if it may not be convenient.

Please, may I kindly ask for clarification on the following:

  1. Is the date Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 18:30 UTC?

  2. Does TBD mean To Be Determined in this context?

  3. If yes, who is responsible for determining the session/topic – you or me?

Kindly let me know as soon as possible so I can commence my preparation.
