In my humble opinion, 

Mr Raymond Selorm Mamattah and 

  His positive impact on the youth to actively engage in the internet governance ecosystem makes him stunning and well deserved for the position. 

His leadership style is spectacular and this has extended his tentacles in Ghana and in Africa.
