Dear Dmitry,

I hope my email finds you well!

I’m writing to you, as Jan Aart Scholte and I have received funding from the Swedish Research Council for a new research project on legitimacy in the Regional Internet Registries. The project will compare attitudes toward AFRINIC, APNIC, and LACNIC among their respective boards, communities, and staff.

The project started on September 1,  and we are currently recruiting three research consultants in Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America-Caribbean to work with us on this project. We were wondering whether you might be willing to circulate the attached call for applications within the GigaNet network? This would be incredibly helpful!

Many thanks in advance!

Best wishes

Hortense
