Dear esteemed members of AFRALO,

It is with immense joy and gratitude that I express my acceptance of the nomination for the esteemed position of AFRALO Vice Chairperson by Sarah which has been supported by many members of our community. If elected, I vow to serve the community with utmost dedication and humility.

Having worked as a co-chair for the Outreach and Engagement, and currently serving my second term as a UN MAG member and as the chairperson of the Africa Internet Governance Forum organizing committee 2022, and as a previous pen holder for the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP Work Track 5 I bring valuable experience to the table. I believe my experiences will enable me to support our elected chairperson to navigate the future of AFRALO and work towards the betterment of the African community by advocating for increased African engagement in the ICANN policy development process.
