Je tiens à exprimer mon soutien total, indéfectible et sans réserve à la candidature de Tijani Ben Jemaa pour siéger au sein du Comité consultatif général (ALAC) en tant que représentant d’AFRALO.

Au regard de son parcours exceptionnel, de son engagement constant et de son rôle fondateur au sein de notre communauté, cette candidature ne fait que consacrer une légitimité déjà largement reconnue. Tijani incarne à la fois la mémoire institutionnelle, la compétence technique et la vision stratégique dont AFRALO a besoin pour continuer à peser efficacement dans les instances de gouvernance de l’Internet.

✓ Technical Expertise: As a seasoned telecommunications engineer and former TV broadcasting station manager, he brings a rigorous technical perspective to policy discussions. This ensures that his contributions are not only grounded in advocacy but also in technical feasibility.

✓ Commitment to Fairness and Diversity: Tijani has consistently championed equitable representation. His landmark proposal for a **weighted voting system** demonstrated his foresight in preventing any single nation from exerting disproportionate influence, thereby protecting the diverse interests of all ALSes across the continent.

✓ Broad Regional Influence: Beyond ICANN, his role as Director of the Mediterranean Federation of Internet Associations (FMAI) highlights his ability to bridge regional interests and foster collaboration across different internet governance bodies.
