Are we looking at the risk posed by recent legislative and regulatory changes aimed at providing oversight over the Internet (Knowledge) economy are posing to the ICANN Multistakeholder model? If that is the case then semantically the title should remain the same. @Hadia Abdelsalam Mokhtar EL miniawi kindly shade more clarity otherwise it sounds like an interesting area to look at.
