On the request of the co-chairs of the AFRALO Hot Topics Implementation Working Group, the Chair of the At-Large Capacity Building Working Group would like to invite you to join the webinar on the Compliance of the Whois Registrants Data with the GDPR.

The objective of this webinar is to explain to the Community the problems posed by the application on 25 May 2018 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the ICANN Whois data, the temporary measures taken by ICANN to reach the needed compliance with GDPR, and the ongoing policy development process thereupon.

The speakers will be Stephanie Perrin and Thomas Rickert.

The webinar is scheduled on Thursday, 23 August 2018 from 18:30 to 20:00 UTC (90 minutes).
