AfRALO is the only RALO that currently has 2 female leaders currently, regardless of the current elections result as AfRALO we have and care about gender diversity beside our own African diversity as well.

@Daniel : any RALO nomination/election is RALO process not an ALAC process, you can try and intervene in APRALO, NARALO, LACROL or EURALO process and advice them about their nominations.
