Please find attached for your comments the draft statement that AFRALO wants to make commenting on the ICG proposal and the CCWG second report that Tijani BEN JEMAA and Seun Ojedeji prepared. These Documents would represent the opinion of AFRALO in response to public comments, which will be closed on 8 September 2015 for ICG Public comment and 12 September for CCWG Public comment.
