I fully support Ines nomination. All along i have been looking out for a balance in the nominations. Graciously we now have one.I have known Ines since her first ICANN 55 fellowship in Marrakesh few years ago. Since then Ines has become very active member of NCUC, NCSG and AFRALO respectively. She is one person i will say have deep understanding of ICANN processes and the entire Internet Governance community. I have work with Ines in many of the NCUC and NCSG working groups, fellowships group works, and has reports, speak and organise many of the IGF workshops.Ines is one individual whom i will say is down to earth and very principled and professional when it comes to work.I believe she will be a true reflection of the community if given the opportunity.I strongly support her nomination as well.WISDOM DONKORPresident & CEOAfrica Open Data and Internet Research FoundationP.O. To that end, Hfaiedh joined the ALAC Subcomittee on Outreach and Engagement. https://community.icann.org/m/mobile.action#page/31172466/header/ALACSubcommitteeonOutreachandEngagement-AFRALOHfaiedh has served as Africa Representative in NCUC where she strived to bring African members to take part in NCUC Africa webinars and mailing list as well as selecting them for fellowships to attend ICANN meetings. With an NCUC Africa Representative term ending around the ICANN 65 meeting in June, her experience in the Executive Committee enabled her to learn better on consensus building and dynamics of collaboration which she would use if selected as Nomcom and seated around the AGM in November. It is worth-mentionning that Hfaiedh is a member of the Nomcom Review Implementation Working Group, a working group offering solid background on the workings, procedures and timelines of Nomcom.Hfaiedh is a teacher based in Tunisia.
