We all are here to learn and get experiences. Not the contrary. ICANN ecosystem was not built with experienced persons in Internet Governance domain. It's new for everybody.Internet Policies Development Processes are new to everybody, even for someone like Mr Vint Cerf or Steve Crocker.
In another hand, you don't know how closed are the both women : Sarah and Raihanath. This is another dimension you can't control. In my humble opinion the transmission between the both women will be better than between Sarah and Remmy. Which is a high risk of complication for the AFRALO. I know what i'm talking about...
My 2 cents.
PS : Please do vote for my candidate, she is best person at the right place.Kudos AFRALO !!

My question on you telling us the relationship between Afralo and ALAC was not answeredI am concerned at your very limited involvement and experience with/in AFRALO to seek to represent Afralo in ALACIt would have been better you start from Afralo Leadership to learn the rope.Sarah was a two time General Secretary with good track records in advancing the cause of Afralo before being elected UNOPPOSED to ALAC.The idea of a gender balance to me is a no brainer. After all Hadia the incoming Chair of Afralo is a woman. Sarah was in Alac before her new official position.i want us to be objective and avoid undue sentiments. Raïhanah needs time to engage more with Afralo. We need experienced representatives in Alac.

It was to say to Remmy that I didn’t mean that you are new in AFRALO and I apologize if you understood it in this way. What I wanted to say is that you went to NCUC/NCSG, you worked there and even got a leadership position (Finance Committee). My question was why you chose to work there rather than in At-Large, and why you then chose to come to At-Large and seek a leadership position here.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the answer from you nor from Raihanah.
