I would like to be properly erected on the CROPP program. Who are the people who are supposed to be eligible for this program?

- Pour être acceptable, toute demande doit :
- être soumise au "CROPP Review Team" à travers les Coordonnateurs du Programme Pilote (PPC) de la région au moins 8 semaines avant le début du voyage
- avoir des objectifs qui rentrent dans la stratégie Régionale de sensibilisation qu’AFRALO établie au début de chaque année fiscale

- Chaque voyage approuvé fera l’objet d’une évaluation qui doit être faite par le voyageur lui-même 3 semaines après son retour au plus tard. Cette évaluation doit montrer comment les objectifs que le voyageur avait promis de réaliser ont bien été réalisés.

- AFRALO (like all the other RALOs) has up to 5 outreach travel slots per fiscal year (FY) that starts on 1st of July and finishes on 30 of June.
- For example, FY17 started on 1st of July 2016 and will end on 30 June 2017
- Applications (requests) are made online, and concern activities in our Geographic Region only, which is Africa
- Each fiscal year has its own platform

- To be acceptable, each travel request must:
- be submitted to the CROPP RT through the region’s Pilot Program Coordinators (PPCs) at least 8 weeks prior to trip starting date
- have objectives in line with the AFRALO Regional Outreach Strategic Plan Prepared by AFRALO at the beginning of each Fiscal Year
- the AFRALO Regional Outreach Strategic Plan for FY17 can be found here: https://community.icann.
org/display/croppfy17/AFRALO+O utreach+Strategic+Plan - fulfill the CROPP Procedure and Guidelines for the current Fiscal Year (FY17).
- Each approved trip shall be subject to an assessment that must be done by the traveller not later than 3 weeks after his/her return. This assessment must demonstrate how the objectives set for the trip have been achieved.
