I wanted to suggest a webinar about IXP (internet exchange point) since it's very important for african countries to set up their IXPs

On behalf of Tijani Ben Jemaa, Chair of the At-Large Capacity Building Working Group, we are requesting your suggestions for the topics of the 2016 Capacity Building webinars. These webinars are important tools for both new and experienced members of the At-Large community. 
 
Following the successful series of capacity building webinars during 2015, topics are now being sought for At-Large Capacity Building webinars to be held between January and June 2016.
 
Please post your suggested topics directly on the At-Large Capacity Building Webinars - Topic Proposals for 2016 Workspace or send your topics to At-Large Staff. The deadline for topic proposals is 17 January 2016 at 23:59 UTC.
 
The At-Large Capacity Building Working Group will review all proposals and announce the selected topics as soon as possible.
