Olivier is the current co-chair of the AFRALO newsletter team and an active leader within AFRALO community and internet governance community as a whole. Oliver was also very involved in the open source community (FOSSFA) which was where I first got to meet and work with him over 15years ago.

My condolences to his family and the entire Africa internet community.
