Dear Houda,
Thank you very much for your inputs ,
Please note also that I shared the Doc in a suggestion mode, since the main idea behind sharing the CIP-CCG framework elements with the AFRALO community is to collects  their opinions about the criterias and whether those criterias are suitable  for the AFRALO structural and operational improvements, so what we are looking for is mainly to review those criterias.
Friendly regards
Chokri

Objet : [AFRI-Discuss] Your Inputs Needed about CIP-CCG Framework- Phase 3 Criterias before 24 of July 2024

Dear Friends,
This a  kindly reminder  that we are seeking for your Inputs  about CIP-CCG Framework- Phase 3  before 24 of July 2024

As a reminder  The  CIP-CCG  team have developed a framework to support the SO/AC and NomCom improvement process ,  this Framework is composed by three elements:
  • Principles: describe the objectives of the Continuous Improvement Program. They define what the CIP is fundamentally trying to do.

  • Criterias: are the conditions that need to be met in order to comply with a principle. Criteria define how a principle will be achieved, without themselves being a measure of performance.

  • Indicators: define what the CIP will measure to assess whether or not criteria are being met. Indicators can include metrics, assessments, and or new processes put in place to meet criteria.

The CIP-CCG already adopted 5 principles , and we are currently  identifying and discussing  the suitable criterias and indicators related to each principle to be adopted by the AFRALO during  the Improvement  process.
You can find the adopted  principles and the proposed criterias here,
Please insert your inputs directly in the Document .

Thank you again for your support and feel free to be in touch with me if you need any support or any further clarifications.

Friendly regards,
Chokri
