I acknowledge that Morocco was found in the current mix up which I had apologised for. I am sure you got my earlier mail on Herve prompt.

Saying it occurs frequently is not the fact as I would like you to point out when you last submitted materials and there was a mix up. 

I also remember sending an email reminding anyone who sent material to resend the same, both on the list and WhatsApp, none responded, so we make due with what could be fetched because of time.

That notwithstanding, kindly resend the missing materials with "Submission for Vol. 20" and it shall be accommodated in the next edition.

We already have an editorial team, only that people are too busy or may not be interested due to lack of incentives. You can get more details in our presentation during the Accra AGM 2023.

Thank you for pointing out this issue, as it tends to recur quite frequently.

In this regard, I suggest that the AFRALO leadership consider establishing a formal charter for the creation of a review committee. This committee would be responsible for evaluating and selecting articles to be published in the AFRALO Newsletter.
