Dear Colleagues,

As a Senior Expert in Cyber Security and I am not convinced on the
design for the AFRALO Voting System. It least the system should be able
to recognize a voter who have already voted and give a room if a voter
want to revote.

Currently the system is silent and do not give a message when one click
the previous shared voting link. This should not be case!

This need an urgent clarification before the voting period ends.
