Objective: Strengthen Regional Presence and Stakeholder Engagement.

This objective positions AFRALO to achieve greater regional cohesion, enhanced policy input, and more equitable representation across Africa's diverse Internet governance landscape.

Main Activities to achieve the above objective:

Develop targeted re-engagement campaigns for dormant or less active ALSes/Individual members
Create policy briefs and simplified guides for complex technical issues and webinars on key ICANN topics
Establish policy working group
Build collaborative networks with other Regional At-Large Organizations (RALOs) for knowledge sharing
Create advocacy materials and toolkits for grassroots engagement.

Communication Strategy:

Policy-focused sections in the AFRALO newsletters with technical deep-dives and implementation guide
Implement regular surveys and feedback collection systems.
