Dear Hadia,

Thank you for your email.

I'm particularly interested in this campaign but wondering why we're  specifically mentioning Amazon?

Can this be done without mentioning Amazon, but rather we call the attention of all those who  need to adhere to the goal of the campaign to do so.

Thanks,

Confidence Osein

Dear AFRALO Members

Based on the work of the ALAC Community Engagement Subcommittee (ACES), At-Large is starting a 10 Day UA awareness and deployment campaign. The campaign will run from 1-10 October. If you are going to take part in the campaign, please tweet the following message:

Is @Amazon ready for a truly global Internet? #UniversalAcceptance means supporting all domain names of every length & language. #GetUAReady

Please share on the list:
1. If you are going to participate in the campaign
2. If you are not participating, the reason for your decision.

I thank AFRALO members who are part of ACES for their effort and we will talk further about the campaign during our monthly call on 1 October, see you all then.

Kind regards
Hadia Elminiawi
AFRALO Chair
