Towards the end of 2017, we (AFRALO) voted to allow individual members in AFRALO, and noted that the issue would be reviewed after 2 years. Please see further information about individual membership and the current list of individual members.

At the last monthly call, our Chair indicated that the consolidation of the rule shall be done by the Rules of Procedure (RoP) Working Group, hence the need to reactivate the working group. This is therefore a call for new members to join and for current members to confirm their membership in the AFRALO Rules of Procedure (RoP) Working Group. The list of current members is published on this wiki page. 

This group is tasked with reviewing the rules regarding individual membership and advising the leadership on relevant changes required (if applicable). The current members of the group are:  Aziz Hilali, Fatimata Seye Sylla, Tijani Ben Jemaa, Seun Ojedeji, Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong, Philip F Johnson, Hadja Ouattara, Baudouin Schombe, Barrack Otieno, Michel TCHONANG, Beran Dondeh Gillen, Peters Omoraghoun, Sarah Kiden, Olévié Kouami, Gabriel, BOMBAMBO Boseko, TYokunbo Abiola, Arsène Tungali and Remmy Nweke.

If interested in joining as a new member of confirming your membership, please send your request to staff@atlarge.icann.org and cc Sarah Kiden, with the subject line "Membership confirmation or Request to join AFRALO RoP WG". This call will be open until Monday, 27 January 2020.

En fin 2017, Nous (AFRALO) avons voté pour autoriser l’adhésion de membres individuels au sein d'AFRALO. Il a été décidé aussi cette question serait réexaminée après 2 ans d’expérience.Veuillez consulter plus d'informations sur l'adhésion individuelle ainsi que la liste actuelle des membres individuels.

Lors de notre dernier appel mensuel, le président a indiqué que la consolidation de la règle devrait être effectuée par le groupe de travail sur le règlement intérieur, d'où la nécessité de réactiver le groupe de travail.

Ce message est donc un appel à de nouveaux membres volontaires et aux membres actuels de confirmer leur appartenance au groupe de travail sur les règles de procédure (RoP) d'AFRALO.

Le groupe de travail est chargé d'examiner les règles de l'adhésion individuelle et de conseiller la direction sur les changements pertinents requis (le cas échéant).
