In preparation of the course, you are strongly encouraged to take the ICANN Learn Universal Acceptance course available at https://learn.icann.org, 

First create a user profile with https://account.icann.org/registeraccount

 

Once registered, go the ICANN Learn platform and open it, look for the key symbol and please use the code AFRALOUA. Enter it in the enrollment key (in the center of the dashboard) it will take you straight to the course!
