I would suggest like its done in corporate world, 2-3rd members on the board must endorse the petition, not just one SO and AC.

These Documents would represent the opinion of AFRALO in response to public comments, which will be closed on 8 September 2015 for ICG Public comment and 12 September for CCWG Public comment.
