A call for African youth aged 18-30! We aim to empower 1000 young Africans before Kyoto #IGF2023 to actively & meaningfully engage in Internet Governance and cultivate Africa's Internet governance ecosystem.

The Pan-African Youth Ambassador for Internet Governance (PAYAIG) initiative, developed by Cyber Czar and made possible through the generous backing of the UK government, in collaboration with AUC PRIDA, IGF Secretariat, as well as numerous regional NRIs and IGF stakeholders who contributed to its implementation. Our goal is to empower 1000 young Africans aged 18-30 before Kyoto, to engage in internet governance and cultivate Africa's internet governance ecosystem actively and meaningfully. The training will be conducted in five different languages – Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, and Swahili – giving participants the freedom to select their preferred language of instruction. This aligns with this year's IGF overarching theme, "The Internet We Want- Empowering All People".
