I quite appreciate the presentation of the Draft Outreach and Engagement schedule. I will humbly plead that we suggest useful events and partnerships to make this vision more robust and cross-cutting around all stakeholders' and sectors of our continent.
I suggest events around Youth initiatives such as the ICT Summer Academy CAMPs and Girls in ICT from our orgaisation;s which targets primarily youths from ages 15 - 35 and those from primary and secondary schools.
Another is Women ICT Summit (hosted locally in Nigeria and Abroad within Africa / the West Countries), for women from 18years and above.
These and many others across various ALSs in Africa countries which are targeted at various categories of groups will drive the objectives set by the vision of the "Outreach and Engagement", as we can indeed reach out to the grassroots with Internet and ICT knowledge, deployment and integration purposes.
Likewise the idea of raising funds for the kind of agenda set here is crucial to encourage more participation and ensure impactful outreaches especially to those who really needed to be engaged across Africa.
I celebrate this laudable move and I do hope others make more useful contributions.
Thanks for the opportunity to share with us all. I love this family.

Hello All,
I believe the idea behind this strategy is a very good one and I support it. But I will like to encourage the executives to seek for more founding to enable more of these ALS's and individual members to attend these programs and contribute to discussions.
More often a lot of members desire to attend these programs but do not have funding ...this was evidenced in the just ended ICANN 59 in Jorburg, where large number of ALS's participated because of the support we received.
Best Regards,
