The RrSG will be running a session at ICANN82 that we believe will be of interest to people across the community and so I wanted to bring it to your attention well in advance and so you can share with your groups.
RrSG Outreach: A Registrant’s Journey

Session Description:
The Domain Registrant’s journey is fraught with peril but the reward for success is great indeed. Join this Chooseable Path Adventure session to guide your hero safely through domain lifecycle events including mandatory data verification, registrar transfer and renewal, purchase offers, abuse reports, and more. What can we learn from helping our hero through their adventures? Will our hero make it to the end without their domain being suspended or registration revoked? It’s up to you!
A separate session is also being held specifically for the GAC, as a part of their capacity building.
We hope you will be able to join us for this interactive session, which should be both fun and informational!
