Dear Pastor Peters

Thank you for your email, indeed we need to go forward with the proposal and start the actual meetings and work of the group.
Let's put the topic on the agenda of  3 December and give it substantial time for discussion so that we can convene the group early  in 2026.

Thank you again

Subject: For Your Guidance: Path Forward for the AFRALO Advisory Group Concept

To: Hadia El Miniawi, AFRALO Chairperson
From: Pastor Peters OMORAGBON

Dear Madam Chair,

I am writing to seek your guidance regarding the concept for the AFRALO Advisory Group, which I was tasked with developing.

The concept has benefited from initial member contributions. However, subsequent agenda placements have not allowed for the substantive discussion required to refine and adopt the proposal. To ensure the organisation capitalises on the effort invested and the potential value of this group, I believe a clear path forward is needed.

I respectfully request your direction on how to proceed. My previous suggestion for an online consultation and adoption process remains a viable option to achieve consensus efficiently.

I am available to discuss this at your convenience and appreciate your leadership in resolving this matter.

Sincerely,

Pastor Peters OMORAGBON

Executive President/CEO

Nurses Across the Borders
