Preparation for AFRALO General Assembly at ATLAS II London -
Dear All You are all aware that AFRALO, like other RALOs has requested for the convening of a General Assembly of its members(African ALSes) during ATALS II in London. The General assembly(GA) is an opportunities for the AFRALO members to meet face to face, and debate issues related to AFRALO, its working methods, its relationship with the other constituencies and its participation in the ICANN activities. Some ideas of issues that could be discussed are the amendment of AFRALO's ROP to conform with the newly enacted ALAC ROPs, participation of individual members, methods to engage ALSes and in general any issues that you would think that AFRALO ALSes should discuss in this face to face meeting. Therefore, for the preparation of this General Assembly(GA), The Chair, Mr. Abdelaziz Hilali and the Leadership of AFRALO would like to request that you please suggest themes that you would like to be included in the Agenda of the General Assembly. London. The General assembly(GA) is an opportunities for the AFRALO members to meet face to face, and debate issues related to AFRALO, its working methods, its relationship with the other constituencies and its participation in the ICANN activities. Some ideas of issues that could be discussed are the amendment of AFRALO's ROP to conform with the newly enacted ALAC ROPs, participation of individual members, methods to engage ALSes and in general any issues that you would think that AFRALO ALSes should discuss in this face to face meeting.
Therefore, for the preparation of this General Assembly(GA), The Chair, Mr. Abdelaziz Hilali and the Leadership of AFRALO would like to request that you please suggest themes that you would like to be included in the Agenda of the General Assembly.
