It can be either but whimever they need to be active and able to work hard and fast with us to bring the best outcomes that includes the needs of Africa region and developing countries.. Also the times of meeting will most probably be inclusive of "work days" I've asked about time but that depends on the full group make up... quite lliekly to be between 1100 to to 1300 UTC or in the 1600 to 2100 UTC range though looking at other past ICANN wide or cross constituency WG meetings...

J'ai propos? ? la r?union que nous allons nous consult? pour envoyer un volontaire. Cette personne devrait ?tre disponible et productive sur le th?me du GNSO.

During the today call conf , we create a WG on GNSO / ALAC, we need to have one volunteer for Africa For that, we must consult and come with one volunteer to this WG.
But the volunteer must be available . Fatimata can give more details.

Is there any public information about the Summit?
I believe that there will be some travel support for ALS's but I must have missed any applications or announcements as it's already happening in ? 6 weeks. I am sorry I missed the telecon last week, I see this is an agenda item with Hawa's name, please can you advise us what is the situation?
