You can review the progress ICANN has reported to the USG on each of the 10 responsibilities in the JPA individually on pages 12 to 18 of the Annual Report. The seven-page submission letter (http://icann.org/correspondence/dengate-thrush-to-sene-09jan08.pdf ), sent on 9th January 2008, is signed by ICANN's chairman of the Board, Peter Dengate Thrush, and outlines the Board's position that it has met fully its obligations and responsibilities. The JPA can now be completed.
