@Alan As matter of fact the copy of the letter of rejection/refusal has been forwarded to ICANN travels but left one with no hope hence Peter's letter hinted on the issue, part of which was what Maureen listed which are largely porous given the travel history of those involved and generalising such a letter of disqualification/rejection is like stereotyping a given set of individual.

The fact that, they all have free rides to travel anywhere for ICANN events should not becloud their responsibilities to us-members from AFRALO.
