Bonjour / Good morning !
Vive AFRALO !
Merci à toutes et à tous.

Dear brothers, dear sisters, dear friends of AFRALO,
First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank the entire AFRALO family for the renewed confidence placed in me.
My gratitude also goes to all the candidates and all the voters for this strong demonstration of democracy, commitment, and community spirit within our organization.
It is with great humility, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility that I accept my re-election for a second term as AFRALO Secretary. The experience gained and the lessons learned during my first term further strengthen my determination to continue and expand the work we have accomplished together.
I remain committed to fostering even greater participation and inclusiveness, encouraging constructive and informed contributions, for the benefit of our entire African community.
I am fully aware of the responsibilities that come with this role, and I remain strongly motivated to serve AFRALO with diligence and dedication.
Today, our community includes 82 ALSes across 34 countries, along with 47 individual members. This human and geographic diversity is a strength that we must continue to build upon together.
For this new term, my priorities within my role as AFRALO Secretary will include the following: 1. Monitoring and Promoting ALS Activities
Strengthening the visibility of the initiatives and achievements of our ALSes through our various communication and collaboration channels. 2. Strengthening Communication and Community Engagement
Establishing a more structured framework to better collect and address the needs, concerns, and proposals of ALSes in a more effective and coordinated manner. 3. Expanding and Strengthening the AFRALO Community
Encouraging the integration of new ALSes, especially from the twenty African countries that remain underrepresented or absent from our community, in order to make AFRALO even more inclusive and representative of the African continent as a whole.
To achieve these goals and further strengthen our collective momentum, the participation and commitment of everyone will be essential. AFRALO is our shared home, and together we will continue to make it stronger and more impactful.
It is with you, and for you, that I wish to continue this work in service of our community.
Once again, I sincerely thank you for your renewed trust and look forward to continuing to serve AFRALO with your support and collaboration.
Long live AFRALO!
Thank you all.
