If you not getting content (and it appears that the few mails I have gotten have been free of content as well) then there is something funky going on.

but when Mohamed sent his new year's greeting, and asked the list to "confirm receipt of this email to make check the mailing list", and no one replies, then that is further evidence that folk aren't getting mail.
Have cc'ed the relevant African/RALO/ICANNers (I think).

I'm becoming disillusioned with the African RALO for a few reasons. - I get these emails (twice) but I do not see any content - I have little idea what the ALAC committee are discussing or the positions of the African RALO - I believe that it's past the time for a new election but I haven't seen anything about it

mas quando Mohamed emitiu seu cumprimento de ano novo, e pediu a lista "confirmam o recibo deste email para fazer a verificação a lista enviando", e as no.one respostas, então que é uma evidência mais adicional que os povos não estão começando o correio.

Eu estou tornando-me disillusioned com o RALO africano para algumas razões. - eu começo estes email (duas vezes) mas eu não v nenhum índice - eu tenho pouca idéia o que o comitê de ALAC está discutindo ou as posições do RALO africano - eu acredito que se realiza após o momento para uma eleição nova mas mim não vi qualquer coisa sobre ele

mais quand Mohamed a envoyé sa salutation de nouvelle année, et a demandé la liste "ne confirment la réception de cet email pour faire à contrôle la liste d'expédition", et unique réponse, puis qui est davantage d'évidence que les gens n'obtiennent pas le courrier.
Ayez cc'ed l'African/RALO/ICANNers approprié (je pense).

Je deviens ai désillusionné avec le RALO africain pour quelques raisons. - j'obtiens ces email (deux fois) mais je ne vois aucun contenu - j'ai peu d'idée ce que le comité d'ALAC discutent ou les positions du RALO africain - je crois qu'il a lieu après le moment pour une nouvelle élection mais je n'ai vu rien à son sujet
