This event include a capacity building programme and a showcase where the ALSes can exhibit their projects, their programmes their activities and their knowhow. I hope we will manage to raise the necessary funds for the whole project and make you all go to Nairobi. In any situation, the showcase will be organized. And to prepare the material for it, I kindly ask you to prepare a presentation of your ALS following the template attached (English and French). It is not requested to fill in the template, but to write one page (MS word Arial 14) presentation where all the required information should be included. On the other side of the sheet, please describe your current and previous (recent) activities. While you are preparing this sheet, please keep in mind that it is addressing people that perhaps have never heard about your ALS, and that you need to make the message very clear in simple words, but so convincing. Please send me back this presentation before next Friday 19 February. Also, please tell me as soon as possible what are the materials that you want to exhibit in the showcase, other than the presentation sheet (posters, flyers, videos, or any other material). Have a nice evening ---------------------- Chers tous, Comme vous le savez déjà, nous travayons d’arrache pieds pour mettre en œuvre le projet d’un évènement à Nairobi qui comprendra un programme de renforcement de capacité et une exhibition où toutes les ALS vont exposer leurs projets, leurs programmes, leurs activités et leurs savoir faire. J’espère que nous allons réussir l’opération de levée de fonds nécessaire pour tout le projet et vous faire venir à Nairobi. Dans tous les cas, l’exhibition sera organisée. Et pour préparer son contenu, je vous prie de produire une présentation de votre ALS suivant le modèle attaché (Français et Anglais). Il ne vous est pas demandé de remplir le model, mais d’écrire une page (MS word Arial 14) de présentation où figurent toutes les informations demandées dans le model. Au verso de la feuille, donnez une description de vos activités actuelle ou recamment réalisés. En préparant ce document, ayez s’il vous plait à l’espris qu’il s’adresse à des gens qui ne connaissent probablement rien de votre ALS, et que votre message doit être clair avec des mots simples, et très convaincant. Je vous prie de me renvoyer ce document avant le vendredi 19 Février. Dites moi rapidement aussi quels sont les autres produits que vous souhaitez exposer en plus de la feuille de présentation (posters, dépliants, vidéos, etc.).
