His extensive connections across the community, hosted ICANN and us in Morocco multiple times, besides his deep experience in Internet governance as the founder and leader of ISOC Morocco, make him exceptionally qualified for this role. During his first ALAC term (2023-2025), Aziz has been active, making impactful contributions to ICANN policy development while strongly representing our regional interests in global Internet governance discussions.
