Chers membres d’AFRALO, Dans le cadre d’une série de rencontres initiée pour une meilleure connaissance des attentes de ses partenaires, ICANN, en collaboration avec le chapitre Bénin d'Internet Society, organise la *Journée d’engagement ICANN au Bénin*. Une trentaine d’acteurs clés de l’écosystème d’Internet du Bénin est attendue pour cette activité en présentiel. A l’ordre du jour de la *rencontre du 02 Mai*, nous aurons : • une présentation sur ICANN et les projets d’intérêt pour la communauté; • un panel d’échange avec les principaux acteurs de l'Internet et du numérique au Bénin sur la résilience et la sécurité de l'Internet au service de la digitalisation au Bénin; • une discussion ouverte avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes afin de renforcer une meilleure implication du Bénin au sein de la communauté de l’Internet en général et de l’ICANN en particulier. — Dear AFRALO members, As part of a series of meetings initiated to gain a better understanding of the expectations of its partners, ICANN, in collaboration with the Benin chapter of the Internet Society, is organizing the *ICANN Engagement Day in Benin*. Around thirty key stakeholders from Benin's Internet ecosystem are expected to participate in this in-person event. On the agenda for the *meeting on May 2*, we will have: • A presentation on ICANN and projects of interest to the community. • A panel discussion with key players in the Internet and digital sphere in Benin on the resilience and security of the Internet serving digitalization in Benin. • An open discussion with all stakeholders to strengthen Benin's greater involvement within the Internet community in general and ICANN in particular.
