Would you please provide your comments on this draft before the end of Saturday, Monday, February 29, 2016, 00:00, to allow us to include them before printing the final version and then distribute it to the participants in the meeting for discussion, modification if any and adoption. In order to save time, i will also forward same to staff for translation purposes. Kindly note that the document remains draft and can still be modified during the face 2 face but it will be good to hear any modification suggestions before then.
