As some of you may know, there is an issue with the way in which the
 translation service is handling emails on the list. For some mailers, it is
 extracting the content and puttiing it into attachments, instead of leaving
 the content in the body of the message.
If you do not send your message as a plaintext message, it also produces the
 blank email messages. We are working with Funredes on the problem of the
 attachments, however, the issue with plaintext messages is harder to solve.
 We are working on this though it may require an upgrade to the version of
 MailMan in use for all the At-Large lists, which will take some time to do.
