Hello there.... Another thought.....why don't Africans hold Sub-Region and then Regional brainstorming meetings on this before meeting during the ICANN meetings? It seems to be a waste of resources by attending ICANN mtgs with no outcome. As it is, the ICANN mtgs are not there fir Africans to meet and deliberate in issues which should have been done as a homework. Otherwise nothing will be done effectively if this trend continued. Those who attend ICANN mtgs should be there to share ideas from Africa Region not to go there to meet amongst ourselves ...we should be mingling and exchanging ideas with others... May I suggest that we make use of the resources provided in the African Strategy to do the homework? Just a mere advice on this ...
