Dear all, The only information I have on this organization is from what is showing on their website. I would like to say that associations not primarily focused on ICT should demonstrate how ICT or Internet can impact on their activities before we accept them. This organization has also branches in other countries apart Nigeria and it is not clear to me that the application is from the Nigerian branche of the regional organization. I would suggest that we take more time to study the nature of the organization. Suggestion for the future ( if it is not the case now): After the application, we should take at least three months before approving the application .From the PDF file from Anne, the application was received after the Nairobi meeting. I think this application had taken long time, as the due diligence was received a month ago but it was sent recently, and it seems that we have many members supporting the application and we have Fatimata and Tijani know the organization, our secretariat should be ready to be sent to ALAC staff . I hope next time we can have ALS applications handled in a timely manner, as we don't look as a delayed on our response . Regards, Mohamed On 4/27/10 1:54 PM, Yaovi Atohoun wrote:
