Nominations shall be accepted for two weeks after the Secretariat calls for nominations (until 21 September 2008) The nominees need to accept their nomination no later than seven days after the nomination period ends (28 October 2008) The election shall begin no later than one week after the end of the acceptance deadline (5 October 2008) and end not later than two weeks before the start of the annual ICANN meeting. (19 October 2008).
