Dear At Large Structures, AFRALO plans to hold a series of events in the next ICANN meeting slated for Marrakech, Morocco. This meeting is very important since it will be the first meeting under the new meeting strategy (Meeting A) and will also be Fadi Chehade's last meeting as President/CEO of ICANN. A committee has been formed to spearhead the preparations. We would like to request all at large structures in our RALO to confirm whether they will be in Marrakech, for proper planning. Hello Barack, Thank you for this invitation but I'm afraid to give an affirmative answer then I realized that I will not be there. So if you think that the Als are invited to be there, you have to be more precise. Marrakech, what exactly you need to enable us to fully participate in the preparations. We requested for volunteers during the monthly meeting as well as the mailing list to serve on the commitee, you can find the information on email archives. We have not secured funding to support the ALS's but wanted to establish if there are ALS's that will be represented in Marrakech so that we can involve them in the RALO activities.
