Part or all of the ALAC Executive Committee could comprise this group, but it should not be limited to these people.
Once candidates are formally solicited, no one who has submitted his name may participate in ABSdt deliberations.
The ABSdt, which should be created very quickly, will oversee the formulation of the selection process as well as oversee its execution.
I propose that AFRALO appoints 2 members to integrate the ABSC, and another for the ABSdt.
Since the creation of the ABSdt is imminent, I proposed during the teleconference of 22 January that Tijani be included in it.
I would be grateful if you could validate my proposal.

I think Tijani will be good addition to the group, but i hope we are not over-loading him ;-)
Regarding the teleconference, i was very disappointing with the call management i have been called 15 mins before the call ends , then been logged in to the french channel then disconnceted to be logged in to the English channel, when this finished the meeting was ended .
