Thank you Professor for this notification. As much it is important to meet F2F or remotely on the Accountability concern. While supporting the initiative and based on what I saw during the same meeting in ICANN Durban 2013, I would wish if you ciukd extend the Agenda to include Transparency since many people out here are concerned about the Transparency issue as well. Lastly. ..I wish that the meeting is attended effectively by the Africa Strategy teams. ..not in a rushed manner I witnessed in Durban which was discouraging and undermining .. +1 Yassin about time. I had the same impressions in LA last year as we were running after time and couldn't discuss deeper on some matters. We even released the statement while some people were still willing to contribute. My point would be to make sure the agenda is not big so that you have enough time to discuss the point and come up with conclusions and recommendations. Also, it will be better to have the draft statement available for comments weeks before the meeting so that during the actual meeting, you make final changes rather than start the discussion point after point.
