Alan Greenberg, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a call for comments be made on the first draft of the ALAC Statement on the Cross Community Working Group (CWG) on Naming Related Functions Draft Transition Proposal. 

The PDF, Word, and Wiki versions of the first draft, as well as additional information on the Public Comment, can be found on the At-Large Cross Community Working Group (CWG) on Naming Related Functions Draft Transition Proposal Workspace. 

Please submit your comments for the first draft by Monday 15 December 2014 at 22:00 UTC. Comments should be preferably posted in the Workspace using the comments function. Nevertheless, if you wish to make substantive comments, you may comment on the clean PDF or Word versions and send to staff@atlarge.icann.org. 

Comments received by Monday 15 December 2014 at 22:00 UTC will be considered for the second draft. Further comments received prior to Friday 19 December at 23:59 UTC will be considered for the final version.
