Further to the recent announcement on ICANN73 being a Virtual Community Forum Meeting, At-Large is ready to start it’s planning coordination accordingly.

NOTE - This Public Meeting was initially scheduled to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from Saturday 5 to Thursday 10 March 2022. The ICANN73 Virtual Community Forum will take place in the Atlantic Standard Time zone (UTC -4) but the exact dates may change following consultation with ICANN community leadership.

On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, we are seeking volunteers to join the ICANN73 At-Large Planning Committee. Ideally, a representative or two from each region, to assist with the planning of the At-Large Leadership working sessions at ICANN73.

We will hold weekly calls with the first one planned week 29 November (Doodle to follow) to work on the general lay-out of the meeting, identifying topics for discussion and groups to e-meet with.

Please confirm whether you are interested in volunteering by responding to Maureen and myself, Gisella: staff@atlarge.icann.org.(please do NOT reply to all i.e the ALAC Announce mailing list) by Wednesday 24 November at 12:00 UTC. A Doodle will be sent out to the volunteers shortly after this deadline.

A mailing list will be set up for this group and we look forward to making ICANN73 another successful virtual Community Forum.
