As the ALAC Rules of Procedure 12.2.4.4 allows, the Chair of the ALAC, by sole decision, may cast an additional ballot to eliminate the tie. Accepting the recommendation made by the LACRALO Prioritization Vote that closed on 08-August-2014 23:00 UTC, the Chair of the ALAC casted an additional ballot for Sylvia Herlein Leite.
