ICANN and PTI Publish Audited Financial Statements for FY17

LOS ANGELES – 27 October 2017 – Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) published their FY17 financial statements, accompanied by unqualified audit reports from BDO LLP, the independent
auditors.

In support of a continued commitment to accountability and transparency, these and other financial documents are posted to the
ICANN Current Year (FY17) Financial Information[icann.org] page and the
Financial Information for Public Technical Identifiers (PTI)[pti.icann.org] page.
In accordance with the Section 22.3 of ICANN's Bylaws, and Section 9.8 of PTI’s Bylaws, these financial statements must be posted within 120 days after the close of the fiscal year, or by 28 October 2017.
